Handy, Joe Louis Walker is one of the most admired blues artists of our time, a living legend whose music converge naturally rock, soul and passion, the blues. Born in San Francisco, California, began his career in the music scene of his hometown, playing with giants like John Lee Hooker, Buddy Miles, Steve Miller, Charlie Musselwhite, John Mayall, Muddy Waters and Jimi Hendrix. Today, besides a great guitarist and a renowned singer and composer, is a true walking encyclopedia of the history of blues, one of the truly greats active, whose presence in Jazz San Javier was already inexcusable.
