Eclectic character, Charlie E. Daniels, still remembered for its "southern-boogie band" and for his tireless "Volunteer jams" jam sessions that passed by in a stunning sequence, the best musicians in the southern groups. Charlie E. Daniels was born in Wilmington, NC, on October 28, 1937, son of a woodcutter. Guitarist and violinist Charlie went from 1958-1967.
